Weft feeder is used to provide weft yarns to a weave machine. With an electro-magnetic solenoid hook pin attached to it, the weft feeder will stop providing yarns when the preset amount of yarns is inserted.

Functions and features

Well-designed technology of 4 color pick-at-will weft selecting system, durable, dependable, excellent and high efficient performance.

Upgrade the 1 color insertion loom to 4 colors pick at will looms simply. With this system, the weaving range of the loom is enlarged, the high added value product could be woven.

Blast motor for mechanical measuring length is no longer used, which saves lots of electrical power and reduces maintenance costs due to easy-worn parts replacement.

The weft length could be precisely adjusted by changing the diameter of weft storage drum (adjustable consecutively) and changing the release turns, thus the waste of weft can be avoided.

The incremental encoder sensor secures correct timing for the weft insertion and all insert parameters can be adjusted by a hand terminal.

Pattern can be controlled by dobby, which fundamentally solves the problem of pattern synchronization.
