Common troubleshooting of rapier loom machine’s  fault maintenance and  appliances

 

A, rapier machines

 

1. The weft accumulator does not work.

 

A) Check whether the fuse is intact and whether the intermediate relay is damaged.

 

B) Check to see if the wires are missing from 4 (9), 5 (10), and 6 (11).

 

2. The weft accumulato yarn is broken but not close the car.

 

A) Check whether the connection between the line 7 and 8, 12 and 13 falls off.

 

B) Whether the position between the weft sensor and the number plate is correct, the sensor is damaged, and whether the sensor lead (19,20,21,22,223) will fall off.

 

3. The weft accumulator yarn is continuous but stops.

 

Check whether there is a short circuit between the lead 7 and 8 (125B).

 

B, Warp stopping

 

1. Break the warp, but not stop the car.

 

A) Check whether the lead 17 and 18 fall off.

 

B) Check whether the position between the sensor and the transmitter is correct, whether the sensor lead is off and whether the sensor is damaged.

 

2. The warp is constantly but stops

 

A) Check to see if there is a short circuit (or line) between the lead 7 and 8.

 

B) Whether the drop wire shelve is insulated

 

C. Weft stop

 

1. The weft stops but not the car.

 

A) Check whether the weft detector is damaged and the sensitivity is too low.

 

B) Check the back number K of the computer board for the call.

 

C) Signal 1, 2 and 3 are not bright. Check the lead wire and whether the output of 5V is off and whether the sensor is damaged.

 

D) Check the position of the sensor and the transmitter disc.

 

2. Continuous stopping of weft.

 

A) Check whether the weft detector is too sensitive and the weft detector is damaged.

 

B) Check the sensor (hall element) for one of the damage.

 

C) Check whether there is a short circuit between the sensor lead wire (22, 23).

D, white light

 

1. Check whether there is a short circuit between the clutch and the brake wire.
